As in past conferences, the meeting will be preceded (Sunday, July 29) by one day of tutorials and a welcome reception. Sessions will take place (Monday-Wednesday, July 30-August 1) along with an industry tradeshow. Registration will open April 16, 2018 and close July 20, 2018. These rates are subject to change.

Registration Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you cannot attend the ALD/ALE 2018 conference you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by July 15, 2018, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds can be given for cancellations after July 15.
